I have been a change and transformation consultant for over 30 years, working across a broad range of industries including Financial Services, Telecoms, MOD, Intelligence, Security, and Professional Services. I am an experienced, directional, and intuitive management consultant specialising in human-centric organisational change.
I have a long track record of leading and directing change, developing, and implementing solutions across various businesses, including intelligence and security. I am skilled in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, recognising and adapting to their unique interpersonal styles and work methods to facilitate cooperation and tactfully advance change initiatives.
My career as a management consultant includes roles with Coopers & Lybrand, PwC, EDS, MoD, Civil Service, and AtkinsRealis. I have specialised in fast-track mergers and acquisitions, large ERP system implementations, operating model reviews, culture change, and transformational work, always focusing on the people side of transformation to deliver business aims.
In recent years, I have led high-performing, award-winning teams, driven change in complex MoD programs, conducted MoD Portfolio & Programme reviews, and designed bespoke solutions for leadership workshops and coaching. I demonstrate open, collaborative leadership, ensuring psychological safety in all work, and use organisational psychology and coaching to influence team dynamics.
